Job summary

SL Aesthetic Group in Singapore is seeking a Data Entry Clerk responsible for transferring daily sales and operational data from Excel into the company databases with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Input customer, purchase descriptions, and operational data from Excel spreadsheets into company databases within specified time limits
• Review entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors, duplicates, or missing information
• Prepare summary reports, data extracts, or logs for management as required
• Follow strict data security and compliance protocols to maintain data privacy and confidentiality
• Maintain concentration and accuracy while performing repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods
