You will provide weekly reports on data errors and updates, maintain high-quality work, and work independently to meet deadlines while adapting to new computer systems and software.

• Enter data accurately into the inhouse database to maintain up-to-date records.
• Verify and follow up on data with various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Liaise with Operations to input and update inhouse data efficiently.
• Support the team by retrieving requested data promptly.
• Provide weekly reports detailing data errors and updates to inform team decisions.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality through careful attention to detail.
• Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
• Adapt quickly to new computer systems and software to support smooth workflow.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support daily operations.
• Organize and manage time effectively to meet KPIs and work under tight deadlines.
• Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
