About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Data Entry & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves entering, organizing, and uploading data into our systems, as well as communicating with customers to collect or verify information. If you're reliable, tech-comfortable, and organized, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  1. Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases
  2. Contact customers via phone, email, or chat to gather or confirm information
  3. Upload and organize data files, forms, or images across digital platforms
  4. Review incoming data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as necessary
  5. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in data entry, customer support, or admin roles preferred
