Job summary

A leading advisory firm is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator to ensure accurate processing of sales orders and assist sales teams. The successful candidate will perform data entry, liaise with customers and operations, and support departmental objectives, within a structured 5-day workweek. Ideal applicants should possess GCE N/O levels or NITEC and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, along with relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-year experience in related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and process sales orders accurately and timely.
  • Assist in sales enquiries and provide accurate sales quotations.
  • Liaise with operation departments from confirmed orders to delivery readiness.

Job description

  • Position title : Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Tuas Avenue (Company transport pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
  • Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
  • Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
  • Salary : $2,200 - $2800 depending on qualification and experience

  • Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
  • Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
  • Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
  • Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
  • Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
