직무 설명:

The PT Imaging clerk is responsible for scanning all exportation documents provided by customers into the IDIS system to ensure UPS can process customs clearance on time. This role ensures proper and complete documentation is scanned into the system for smooth customs clearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Key entry of shipment information
• Upload shipment and information records to mainframe
• Audit paperwork, print barcode, and scan paperwork into IDIS
• Ensure on-time and accurate key entry
• Perform administrative duties and maintain paperwork organization
• Verify and audit discrepancy reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Call or email customers to obtain missing documentation

Job Requirements

• Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Team player; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer literate; typing speed of 40 wpm
• Willing to work evening shifts from 6-10 pm (UPS House) or 5-9 pm (Hub)
• Willing to work one Saturday per month from 4-8 pm (UPS House)
• Willing to work overtime and/or on public holidays as required. Team members will take turns working on public holidays within the year if pickup occurs on such days.
• Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
