Job Description:

  • Input financial data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and record keeping to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and exercise discretion in handling financial records
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the smooth operation of the accounting department

Requirements:

  • Experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in an accounting or finance setting
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
