Data Entry Assistant - Temp Part Time ($14 an hour | Lavender | Immediate)

A leading provider in the IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support its finance team. This role focuses on the accurate entry of financial data into the Oracle NetSuite system and provides exposure to basic accounting processes within a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input journal entries, payment vouchers, and related transactions into Oracle NetSuite accurately and efficiently
• Support data verification and ensure completeness of finance records
• Assist the finance team with administrative tasks related to documentation and filing

Requirements

• Familiarity with basic accounting terms and concepts (e.g. journals, vouchers, debits and credits)
• Willing to learn and use Oracle NetSuite (training will be provided)
• Detail-focused with good data accuracy and time management
• Open to individuals with a genuine interest in finance or accounting

Working Hours

• Flexible work arrangements available:
  Full-day on selected weekdays (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri), or
  Half-days throughout the week
  Exact schedule to be discussed with the hiring team

Commitment: Until end July 2025 (extension possible based on performance and project needs)
