Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data engineering, BI, or data analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI tools for dashboards.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, S3, AWS Glue).
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand data and reporting needs and document data requirements, KPIs, and use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain data transformation logic and data models for reporting datasets.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau (or BI tools).
• Document data definitions and dashboard logic in the data catalog and ensure data quality.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the data platform team and iterate on dashboards based on feedback.
