Job description

1. Big Data Cluster Operation: Responsible for the operation and stability of the big data cluster in Singapore, ensuring data accuracy, data security, and application stability in the Asia-Pacific region. Provide technical support for data needs of other business teams.

2. Data Support Service: Responsible for data analysis and fault troubleshooting. Use big data technology to support vehicle model development and parameter optimization. Assist sales and quality teams in identifying and resolving potential issues promptly, enhancing product competitiveness and customer service.

3. Local-site Support and Vehicle Testing: Complete tasks assigned by the local site manager, such as market research, competitor analysis, and intelligent driving tests.

4. Special Analysis: Analyze charging durations in Thailand, user conditions, and optimize charging behavior indicators in Singapore. Generate data reports to support business decisions.

5. Emergency Technical Incident Process: Monitor alarm systems and coordinate resources to resolve issues like data collection abnormalities and message backlogs, ensuring timely resolution.

6. Handling Emergency Events: Support the quality team in resolving after-sales emergencies, such as vehicle loss of control. Use big data technology to reconstruct accident details, including user actions like stepping on the accelerator or brake.
