You will leverage real-time monitoring and data-driven methods to drive performance across global sites, collaborating with Ops, Planning, Training, and Vendors to implement improvements. A strong foundation in Python, SQL, and pandas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Python with clean, maintainable code.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to optimize queries.
• Experience with pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience building automated reporting pipelines or data workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and iterate on automated Python/SQL pipelines powering daily site-efficiency and real-time monitoring reports.
• Ensure report integrity and proactively identify data quality issues or broken dependencies.
• Explore AI/automation tooling to reduce manual toil and speed up reporting.
• Collaborate with WFM and data engineering teams on code reviews and best practices.
• Build ad-hoc analyses and data products supporting operational decisions across the business.
• Participate in real-time monitoring and incident reporting for performance events.
• Own efficiency performance for assigned sites, tracking KPIs like SLA, AHT, UR, and productivity.
• Identify underperforming sites and drive root-cause analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate insights and gaps to operations leadership.
