VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent professional to monitor and optimize semiconductor processes in a 24/7 fab environment. You will analyze data, address yield-impacting abnormalities, and support DOE-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with Equipment, Integration, Quality, Manufacturing, and TD teams to ensure robust process control and successful technology transfer.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows.
• Identify process abnormalities using 5 Why / Fishbone / FMEA.
• Interpret SPC data with Cpk, trend analysis, and correlations.
• Optimize etch process using DOE and process parameters.
• Monitor critical dimensions and process control limits.
• Link yield loss to process conditions and drift.
• Understand equipment impact on results, chamber matching and drift.
• Develop problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor process performance and SPC trends to maintain stability.
• Investigate abnormal wafer runs, excursions, defects, and drift.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize process parameters to improve uniformity and CD.
• Support process qualification, engineering runs, and tech transfer.
• Conduct DOE and analyze process data to establish robust conditions.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to differentiate process vs equipment issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Equipment, Integration, Quality, Manufacturing, and TD.
