Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Demand Planning professional to shape forecast accuracy and inventory planning across markets. You will work with data, forecasting models, and cross-functional teams to align supply with business needs and support global demand planning processes.

The role involves analyzing trends, managing forecasts, and driving reporting on inventory status, promotions, and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics and demand forecasting.
• Experience with large datasets and forecasting tools; advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or Python is advantageous.
• Ability to work with global, cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, sales data, and market insights.
• Analyze forecast performance and market trends to improve accuracy.
• Support inventory management and coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer service, purchasing, and production planning to align demand plans.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on forecast accuracy, inventory status, and product life cycles.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning and S&OP processes.
