Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Diploma in Engineering holder to support Drive Backend Assembly processes in Woodlands, Singapore. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, problem solving, and implementing improvements to meet performance targets.

You will work under pressure with strict deadlines, perform process mapping and control, and contribute to OKRs while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield, cycle time and quality targets.
• Monitor and improve product performance through data-driven analysis and problem solving.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct basic data queries to provide insights for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to sustain KPIVs/KPOVs and support continuous improvement projects.
