Job summary

Job description

Our client is a prominent data center and ICT services provider based in Singapore. It specializes in offering secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions to enterprises, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Job Scope:

  • Support Engineers and Senior Engineers in performing maintenance and operational tasks as required.
  • Respond to system alarms or faults, analyze patterns, and assist in implementing appropriate corrective measures.
  • Monitor and investigate alerts from the Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)
  • Provide updates on unresolved issues, respond to emergencies, and be available for standby duties.
  • Contribute to data center projects and additional or alteration works, including construction activities, equipment installations, and coordination with external contractors to ensure compliance with operational standards and project timelines.
  • Assist in both scheduled and emergency maintenance events, and support efforts related to accreditation and certification processes.

Working Location: Bedok/Woodlands

Salary: Up to $3,700 + AWS + Variable bonus
