A leading company is seeking an experienced Admin Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative functions across multiple data centres. Candidates must have a diploma in Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience, showcasing strong leadership skills. This role includes managing a team, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations across all data centre sites, including document control, reporting, procurement coordination, visitor management, and logistics.
Develop and enforce standardized administrative procedures and policies to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for the admin support team to ensure optimal productivity.
Provide timely and effective support to internal departments and external stakeholders, resolving administrative issues promptly.
Ensure the accuracy and readiness of operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits, reviews, and internal governance.
Administer and optimize administrative tools and platforms, including user access and system updates.
Monitor and manage the operations budget, raise purchase orders, and support procurement activities in accordance with corporate policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Track and manage real estate-related documentation, including lease renewals, facility licenses, and regulatory approvals to ensure timely compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the admin support team, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
Support and participate in various ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a data centre or similar operational environment.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced setting, including handling walk-in clients and meeting tight deadlines independently.
Background in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities (e.g., workplace safety, pest control) is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work across various data centre locations as assigned.
