A leading company in the Southeast Asia region seeks a Manager, DCAS to oversee office administration for data centers. This role involves managing operations, developing procedures, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in office administration, strong team management skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
As a Manager, DCAS, you will be a key member of the DC Admin Support (DCAS) team, responsible for performing office administration duties to ensure that SG DCAS functions seamlessly and serves as a reference model for the Southeast Asia region:
· Ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of administrative support functions across all data centre sites, including document control, reporting, procurement coordination, visitor management and logistics
· Develop, implement and enforce standardized administrative procedures and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
· Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for admin support staff, ensuringoptimal coverage and productivity.
· Provide responsive support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of administrative matters.
· Oversee the preparation and accuracy of operational reports, dashboards and documentation needed for audits, reviews or internal governance.
· Manage and optimize administrative tools and platforms, including overseeing user access and updates.
· Track operations budget, raise POs and support procurement activities in line with corporate policies. • Ensure all admin records and documents are stored and maintained in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor and track real estate-related records, lease renewals, facility licenses and regulatory approvals to ensure timely compliance.
· Lead, coach, and mentor the admin support team by providing guidance on professional development, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.
· Assist with and engage in various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
· Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a data centre facility or similar environment.
· Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling walk-in customers and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Experience in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities such as WSH, pest control, etc., will be advantageous.
· Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
· A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
