Job summary

CURRIE & BROWN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to support planning and delivery of construction and fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will assist in coordinating stakeholders, preparing reports, and monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks on data centre or similar critical infrastructure. The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline and 3–6 years of project management experience, with strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of project management experience within construction, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Exposure to design, procurement and construction delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
• Support Project Managers in managing project deliverables and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates and presentations.
• Coordinate project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Assist with procurement activities including tender documentation and tender evaluations.
• Monitor construction activities and site progress.
• Support contract administration activities including progress claim reviews and variation assessments.
• Assist in managing commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
