Job summary

Smart Information Management Systems India Private Limited is seeking an IT Operations/ Infra Coordination Engineer in Singapore to support deployment, provisioning and maintenance of data center infrastructure. You will gain exposure to IT infrastructure operations and project coordination in a data center environment.

The role focuses on deployment, provisioning, vendor coordination and logistics, with an emphasis on accurate delivery verification and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field as listed in the qualifications.
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure, data center deployments and provisioning.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Deployment & Provisioning: server, storage, network device installation and configuration.
• Rack and stack servers and networking hardware and perform hardware upgrades as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries.
• Data Center Access Coordination: manage access passes for delivery teams.
• Delivery verification: check shipments against PO, manifests and packing lists and report issues.
