DC Operator

Minimum 3 years of experience in the following areas:

Responsibilities

(a) Server / LAN Room Management

• Maintaining optimal server room layouts for efficient cooling and cable management
• Managing access control and environmental monitoring systems

(b) Data Centre Management

• Capacity planning and resource allocation
• Implementing DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) solutions for monitoring and managing data centre assets

(c) Service Request Administration

• Proficiency in raising tickets in ServiceNow
• Logging tickets to GFE-ITSM

(d) Network Operations Center

• Providing Level 1 support for network and system alerts
