What we offer

1 year contract under agency payroll

Working location: Changi

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) but may be subject to change (e.g come in early / later) depending on operational requirements

Salary: Up to $4280 (depend on experience)

Mobile claim $50 + Standby allowance where applicable $10 per day

1 month Completion Bonus

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and maintaining the DC environment, including power supply, cooling, temperature, humidity, water leakage detection, and fire safety systems.

• Liaising with building management and subcontractors for equipment maintenance.

• Performing capacity management tasks, including analysing resource utilization and planning for future growth.

• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies, including physical access control and visitor management.

• Managing backup operations, including tape management, off-site storage, and inventory control.

• Performing daily system health checks.

• Ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.

• Maintaining and updating DC operating procedures and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Singaporean (Must clear SG Government CAT2 security clearance and mandatory pre-employment check)

• Minimally 3 years hands-on experience on DC Operations

• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotation shift environment include Sunday and public holidays

• Possess troubleshooting skills and analysis methods for the Incident Management

• Must be flexible with working hours and available to perform escort duties or weekend routines outside of regular working hours, as requested (Overtime for after-working hours escort duties or weekend routines, will be compensated with time off in lieu)

• Possess the relevant qualifications

• Minimally certified in related Data Centre entry level certification or equivalent.

• Be organized and able to perform daily tasks

• Must serve 2 months notice when hired for this project

• Required to be on 24x7 standby
