Data Center Network Protocol Expert
Responsibilities:
- Lead the interpretation, design, and planning of Ethernet, UEC, UAlink, and emerging protocols based on the company's interconnect technology strategy. Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps for the industry.
- Serve as a core representative in international standardization organizations, participating in the full process of protocol standard proposal, development, and revision.
- Transform the company’s technological innovations into industry standards to enhance the company’s technical influence.
- Drive innovative protocol architecture design for data center networks in optical interconnect and AI scenarios. Break through traditional technical limitations and address protocol challenges for high-performance interconnect chips in ultra-large-scale networks.
- Coordinate collaboration across departments such as chip design and verification. Provide protocol-related technical decision support to ensure product R&D aligns with strategic goals and industry standards.
- Build a knowledge system for protocol technologies, cultivate key team talents, and promote the company’s influence in protocol technologies within the industry.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
- Over 5 years of experience in protocol design and standardization, with a proven track record in leading protocol standardization projects in the optical interconnect domain.
- Proficient in full-stack technologies of Ethernet, UEC, UAlink, with strong capabilities in designing and optimizing complex protocol architectures.
- Excellent English writing and international negotiation skills, capable of leading technical proposals at international standards meetings.
- Possess strategic thinking and team management abilities, with keen insight into industry technology trends.
