Job summary

AVATAR MODERN TECHNO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Center Migration and Co-location program in Singapore.

You will architect migration strategies, orchestrate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, and operations, and ensure seamless transition with minimal business disruption, on time and within budget. Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in data center migration, infrastructure transformation, or colocation.
• Experience managing RFI/RFP processes, lease contracts, and vendor negotiations for data center facilities.
• Strong IT infrastructure background including servers, storage, networking, and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data center migration strategies aligned with goals, timelines, and risk tolerance.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee migration activities including asset relocation and network cutovers.
• Lead governance, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications throughout the program.
• Manage vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, SLAs, and cost models.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, provide leadership updates, and capture lessons learned.
