Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our data center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building technologies, mechanical and electrical services, as well as experience in data center facility and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document incoming/outgoing deliveries and perform routine audits of data center equipment.
• Handle equipment movement using pallet jacks or lifting tools.
• Manage inventory through shipping/receiving and ticket-based systems.
• Destroy data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs) per policy.
• Oversee shift tasks, including prioritizing tickets, resolving escalations, and removing blockers to ensure smooth inventory operations in line with Microsoft policies and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow technical capabilities.
