Job summary

Une entreprise de conseil de premier plan recherche un technicien en support informatique pour assurer la gestion des équipements, l'intégrité de l'inventaire et des audits réguliers. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en IT, ainsi qu'une expérience pertinente dans le soutien technique et la logistique. Ce rôle nécessite une capacité à travailler en dehors des heures normales, y compris les week-ends.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou diplôme en IT, ingénierie informatique ou discipline connexe.
• Expérience en support IT ou surveillance des systèmes.
• Expérience en gestion d'inventaire, logistique ou gestion d'entrepôt.

Responsibilities

• Documenter avec précision toutes les livraisons et retirements d'équipement.
• Effectuer des audits réguliers pour garantir l'intégrité de l'inventaire.
• Gérer les processus d'expédition, de réception et d'inventaire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document all equipment deliveries and removals.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory integrity and compliance.
• Use equipment such as pallet jacks to facilitate safe item movement.
• Work within a ticketing system to manage tasks and assignments effectively.
• Execute the secure destruction of data-storing devices, including hard drives and SSDs.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets, escalate issues, and handle blockers to sustain inventory operations in line with service agreements.
• Be prepared to work outside standard business hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT Support or Systems Monitoring.
• Experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
