Job summary

BYTEBRIDGE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer – Data Center Infrastructure to support data center white space and network projects. The role focuses on practical cabling, routing, switching, and equipment installation across client sites.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in data center environments, experience with Cat6/Cat6A, fiber (SMF/MMF), and rack‑and‑stack. Travel to project sites and after-hours support are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Network Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in data center infrastructure.
• Hands-on data center structured cabling experience required.
• Knowledge of fiber/copper cabling, patching, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and delivery of data center projects.
• Install, patch, label, test, and troubleshoot fiber and copper structured cabling.
• Rack-and-stack switches, routers, servers, patch panels, and related IT equipment.
• Verify installations against rack elevations, cable schedules, port mappings, and diagrams.
• Maintain project documentation including cable schedules and as-built records.
• Provide onsite support during maintenance windows or after hours when required.
