Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations of the data center, including server hardware, storage, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform regular system health checks, patch management, and security updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and replacement.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security standards, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and maintenance logs.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data center operations or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking basics.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and data security best practices.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, or public holidays if required).
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
