Job Description:
In this role, you will:
- Conduct data analysis to support business strategy, performance tracking, and operational improvements across Shopee’s regional teams
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and empower data-driven decision making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional stakeholders across product, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and optimise business and logistics operations
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics projects, supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts
- Manage and track project timelines and impact metrics; communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with on-ground teams to test, validate, and implement operational initiatives that drive tangible business results
- For experienced analysts: drive strategic planning, mentor junior team members, manage stakeholder alignment, and own end-to-end project delivery
- Final team placement (Regional Operations, COO Office, or Logistics) will be based on interview performance, skillset alignment, and business needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 0–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, strategy, consulting, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is required for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively
- Curious and proactive mindset, with a strong passion for solving complex business problems
- Team player who thrives in dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional environments
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio) is a plus
- Prior internship or work experience in analytics, operations, consulting or e-commerce is advantageous
- Fresh graduates (expected graduation in 2025) with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 4–8 years of experience will be considered for roles with broader ownership, stakeholder management, and project leadership scope
