About the Project

This role is part of our organization’s strategic initiative to build a modern, scalable business data analytics platform that empowers decision-makers with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. The project involves requirement gathering, designing and maintaining robust Business Analytics pipelines and platforms to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning across business units.

As we expand our Business analytics capabilities, this initiative plays a critical role in driving operational intelligence, improving forecasting, and supporting innovation through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements for KRI reporting automation.

• Analyze existing manual reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Map data flows from source systems to reporting outputs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

• Work with data engineers and developers to define data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) requirements.

• Support the design and implementation of Power BI dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs.

• Review and recommend process enhancements to enable automation opportunities.

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit information and clarify requirements.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of reporting solutions.

• Maintain clear documentation of business processes, data mappings, and reporting logic.

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects.

• Excellent information gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and business process re-engineering.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Understanding of technology and cybersecurity principles, and key risk indicators.

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.

• Experience working with source systems, data warehouses, and ETL processes.

• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.

• Familiarity with financial services or regulatory environments.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
