Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support data classification and taxonomy methods and standards, understand business needs, cooperate with the data team. Support analysis, identification, and marking of various data samples in storage, ensuring accuracy and recall rate.
• Assist the R&D team in improving algorithm recognition and machine learning capabilities. Analyze bad cases of algorithm-recommended data labels, provide suggestions and basis for annotation/labelling, and participate in discussions on algorithm model improvements.
• Deeply understand the business, investigate data samples across different business lines, and enhance the classification standards of data labels and sample databases.
• Improve data annotation operation processes, optimize label sampling and review mechanisms, and increase the efficiency of manual standards.
• Participate in the functional optimization design of the annotation platform.

Qualifications:

• Majored in Computer Science or related IT fields, with experience in testing, data analysis, or DBA roles. Familiar with various data samples stored in storage systems.
• Excellent communication, analysis, and reasoning skills. Ability to quickly understand business needs and judge sample types based on business attributes.
• Capable of effectively performing repetitive tasks with minimal errors.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
