You will partner with executives and technical teams to define roadmaps, design modern data platforms, develop proposals, and deliver innovative Data & AI solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science or related.
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation consulting.
• 5+ years leading solution architecture, advisory, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, business development support, and proposal management.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to lead our Data & AI consulting initiatives. This role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture, pre-sales leadership, and innovation responsibilities to help clients transform their businesses through data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define digital transformation roadmaps, design modern data platforms, develop proposals, and drive innovative Data & AI solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Advisory

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities.
• Design end-to-end Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solution architectures.
• Prepare solution proposals, presentations, effort estimations, statements of work (SOW), and tender responses.
• Present technical and business solutions to executive stakeholders and decision makers.
• Participate in client pitches, proof-of-concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to develop winning solutions and value propositions.

2. Strategy & Data Transformation Advisory

• Advise clients on enterprise Data & AI strategy, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align business priorities with data-driven initiatives.
• Assess current-state capabilities and develop target-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide recommendations for platform modernization, cloud migration, self-service analytics, and AI adoption.
• Support clients in establishing measurable business outcomes and value realization frameworks.

3. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design scalable enterprise data platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Define architecture patterns covering:
• Data Lakehouse
• Data Warehouse
• Data Integration
• Master Data Management
• Data Governance
• Data Quality
• Business Intelligence
• Machine Learning & AI
• Generative AI
• Agentic AI Solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend best-fit architectures based on client requirements.
• Ensure architecture designs adhere to security, governance, compliance, and performance best practices.

4. AI & Innovation

• Research and evaluate emerging Data & AI technologies, tools, and market trends.
• Develop innovative AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI use cases for clients.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to build solution accelerators and reusable assets.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry presentations, white papers, and marketing content.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology leaders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences.
• Mentor consultants and architects in solution design, proposal development, and client engagement.
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Platform, AI, or Digital Transformation consulting.
• At least 5 years of experience leading solution architecture, advisory engagements, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, business development support, and proposal management.
