This role may either be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or in Singapore. Reporting to the Growth Marketing lead, the Data & Analytics Manager will analyze and interpret data from commerce stores, sales, paid media, owned/earned media, CRM, 1PD with the objective to drive performance optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-making and fuel growth marketing efforts.


What You Will Achieve

  1. Collect, Manage and Organize Available Data:
  2. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (commerce stores, sales, paid media, owned media, CRM, and earned media) to identify performance trends and insights.
  3. Conduct exploratory data analysis including media effectiveness, user journeys, checkout funnels, merchandising & promotionality effectiveness, traffic sufficiency, forecasting & competitor benchmark.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track commerce & marketing KPIs, including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, traffic sufficiency, and more.
  5. Support the creation of data-driven performance reports for key stakeholders, providing insights into campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.
  6. Optimization and Strategy Support:
  7. Provide actionable insights to improve store performance and efficiency & effectiveness of marketing campaigns, helping teams adjust strategies based on data findings.
  8. Collaborate with growth marketers to set up A/B tests and other experimental methods to continuously optimize consumer experience across channels.
  9. Identify new opportunities for growth by analyzing customer data and market trends.
  10. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  11. Work closely with Media leads, CRM leads, brand marketing teams and other teams to ensure data is properly integrated and utilized in the decision-making process. Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams in an easy-to-understand manner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
