Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., customer profiles, digital behaviour, campaign performance, etc.) to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and other marketing experiments, providing guidance on statistical sampling and methodology.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior management, explaining complex data findings in an accessible manner.

Project & Team Management

  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a small internal team of up to two members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Propose and measure the impact of new tools and technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
  • Drive transformational change towards a more customer-centric and data-driven culture within the organization.
Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in business or data analytics. Experience with marketing data and technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing client projects and leading small teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker Studio).
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Comfortable working with version control (e.g. Git) and command line.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Other Desirable Attributes

  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and innovation.
