Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific invites applications for a motivated Analytics Intern to join their AI-enabled analytics team within Global Digital and Technology for a 7-month internship from January 2027 to July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in real estate analytics, working with tools like Claude-driven AI, Power BI, SQL, Python and Snowflake.

You’ll support daily analytics tasks, validate data, build dashboards, and learn how data informs strategy and growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
• Strong interest in data analytics and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques
• Comfortable experimenting with AI platforms; exposure to analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Support the Analytics Director and Manager with daily analytics tasks and ongoing projects
• Validate data and maintain dashboards, analytics reports, semantic layers, and AI agents using AI-assisted methods
• Support the building of analytics reports and applications, including products with AI-driven functions (e.g., chatbots, LLM driven analysis)
• Support ETL tasks to ensure high data quality, using AI to work more efficiently
• Help automate reporting workflows with guidance
• Learn to integrate data from multiple sources using tools like Python, Snowflake and PowerQuery

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Analytics Intern to join our modern, AI-enabled analytics team in our Global Digital and Technology department for a 7 month internship starting in January 2027 and running until the end of July 2027. This role offers hands-on exposure to analytics in the Real Estate sector, with AI tools like Claude built into the everyday workflow. It is ideal for someone who is curious about data and keen to work with the latest tools.

As an intern, you will gain valuable insight into how data is used across all parts of the business to inform strategy, drive growth, and deliver better outcomes. Please note that shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a screening test onsite to help us understand your current level of competency and identify areas where you can further develop your skills during the internship.
