Job Description

  • Design Indicators System: Define key metrics and build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks
  • Analyze Data Fluctuations: Monitor key metrics and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific issues to identify underlying drivers
  • Make Data-driven Decisions: Data-driven decision-making by identifying, structuring, and executing product and performance analyses
  • A/B Test Evaluation: Design A/B experiment evaluation strategy and indicator matrix to evaluate the effect of the experiments
  • Data Management: Provide recommendations for e-commerce, advertisement, content(video, live stream, etc) for data improvement, quality(accuracy), and efficiency of data
  • Analyze business and algorithm influence and give insights to the PM team & Algo team on how to improve features, models, etc.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
  • 1+ year of work experience in data analysis/business analysis
  • A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing evaluation, time series analysis), familiarity with common data analysis methodologies
  • Experience using data access tools, building dashboards and analyses with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and data visualisation (e.g. Google Data Studio/Lumos/Druid)
  • Experience working with very large data sets and distributed computing (SQL/Hive/Hadoop/MapReduce)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast learner and highly organised
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
