Job summary

TikTok Singapore is seeking a Project Intern to support project operation tracking, data analysis, and progress reporting. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment, contributing to short-term projects and building practical skills for a career in internet business operations.

You will assist in daily dashboards, automate workflows with SQL and Feishu Base, and help manage supplier data and platform configurations.

Qualifications

• Active university student enrolled for the duration of the internship.
• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields preferred.
• Solid data analysis foundation; proficiency in SQL/Python/Feishu Base or BI tools.
• English communication and reporting in English.
• Able to work on-site at least 3 days per week; 3-6 month duration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting support the setup and maintenance of daily operation dashboards and reports covering SLAs such as quality, efficiency, output and utilization. Analyze abnormal metrics (e.g. root causes of fluctuations, trend changes) and provide data insights to project leaders.
• Process and tool optimization leverage internal tools including SQL and Feishu Base to streamline and automate repetitive manual workflows (e.g. automated data extraction, report refresh, alert notifications) based on real business scenarios. Help organize and optimize team documents, SOPs, templates and trackers to improve knowledge accumulation and reusability.
• Supplier performance management and platform support assist in collecting and consolidating supplier performance data; participate in supplier evaluation, cost review and settlement data reconciliation. Support platform operation by managing permissions, accounts and basic configurations.
• Knowledge accumulation and experience sharing engage in cross‑department communication, compile meeting minutes and action items, and drive task execution and closure. Document project experience, encountered problems and corresponding solutions to build reusable team knowledge assets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student.
• Bachelor's degree or above, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Science or related disciplines are preferred.
• Solid foundation in data analysis. Proficiency in at least one data/script tool among SQL / Python / Feishu Base / BI tools. Quick to learn new tools and systems; proactive to adopt intelligent tools to boost daily work efficiency.
• Able to use English for daily work communication and produce reports in English.
• Sound logical thinking skills to break down problems and deliver structured analysis and communication.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset; able to collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues (Product, Tech, Operations, suppliers, etc.) from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to work on‑site no less than 3 days per week. Minimum internship duration: 3 months. Candidates available for long‑term internship (6 months or above) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in workflow automation or data visualization is a plus.
• Open to feedback, willing to reflect and pursue continuous improvement.
• Strong sense of accountability and execution; capable of seeing assigned tasks through to completion and delivering high‑quality outputs on schedule.
• Strong interest in internet business operations, data analysis or project management; eager to learn and apply knowledge in real business scenarios rapidly.
