About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support various business teams by providing data-driven insights through reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, visualization, and developing dashboards using Power BI. This role requires strong analytical thinking, a solid understanding of data sources, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources for analysis
• Transform raw data into meaningful reports and actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data support
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reports
• Work closely with both local and remote data teams to deliver analytical solutions
• Contribute to the development of documentation, standards, and best practices for analytics and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools, especially Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
