We are hiring a Data Analyst to support automation and data reporting efforts for a public sector agency based at Paya Lebar. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements using Power Platforms ( Power Apps, Power Automate), RPA and Microsoft-based tools.

Location: Nearest MRT, Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Contract Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement RPA solutions and automation scripts
• Support Excel Macro development and train staff in automation use
• Assist in data analysis and reporting using Power BI and Excel
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper version control
• Provide user support on automation tools and related applications

Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Data-related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English communication and technical writing
• Proficient in RPA tools (e.g. RPA Developer Foundation Course)

• Proficient in Power Platforms (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel Macros, Power BI, and Microsoft stack
• Ability to teach users basic to intermediate Excel Macro coding
• Singapore Citizens only
