Job description

As a SG POS/CB analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Data Acquisition

Work with vendors & CP for acquisition of partner POS. Ensure that data is delivered in the required format. Interact with channel partners as needed to facilitate smooth delivery of channel partner POS.

Data Cleansing

Ongoing responsibility for data hygiene and cleaning, including removal of duplicate entries. Work with Genpact to facilitate the cleansing of end-user customer address and product information.

Team Collaboration

Liaise with other members of the POS team, MSO, and the business on an ongoing basis. Work closely with channel partners to ensure timely and quality reporting of POS data. Align expectations with Business Groups on POS and related topics.

Data Analytics

Develop POS reports and analysis within 14 working days of request. Demonstrate knowledge of SAP Business Objects. Create or modify BI reports, ensuring timely delivery of metrics. Responsible for data interrogation and exploratory analysis prior to data loading.

Process Design & Automation

Develop process models to support workflows. Implement necessary changes and improvements to align with the business environment. Develop workflow improvements based on risk assessment, proceeding independently with low-risk changes and with manager approval for moderate/high-risk changes.

Systems Understanding

Demonstrate knowledge of all internal systems including CRM, PBI, SAP HANA, Vistex, and Fiori.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Experience in large data manipulation and cleanup in various environments
• Experience with SAP Business Objects is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
