Our client is an established player in the financial services industry, looking to hire a high-calibre and competent HR Analytics Specialist to drive HR decision-making through data and analytics.

Position Overview

As the HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytical insights to help shape workforce strategy and drive decision-making across the employee lifecycle. This individual will play a critical part in transforming how workforce data is interpreted and actioned across the organisation.



Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and key business stakeholders to build HR dashboards using PowerBI. You will have the opportunity to develop predictive models and perform statistical analyses to uncover trends and risks across HR functions. Additionally, you will support the completion of quarterly government surveys and lead the annual manpower budgeting exercise.



Requirements



You are degree-qualified with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in analytics, ideally with a strong knowledge of HR metrics. You must have a solid command of statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and are experienced in building predictive models and working with large datasets. Proficiency in Workday and PowerBI will be ideal. You are structured, meticulous, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights through clear and compelling narratives.
