If you’ve worked as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Automation Specialist, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be supporting a project focused on streamlining reporting and automation processes using Excel Macros, Power BI, and RPA tools. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on with Excel VBA and Power BI — both are must-haves for this role.

Job Highlights

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Salary: $3.5K to $4.5K
• Nearest MRT: Tai Seng / Paya Lebar / Eunos
• Work Hours: Mon - Thu : 8.00am - 5.30pm, Fri : 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Qualification: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Start Date: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and debug Excel macro programs; collaborate with project management teams to improve processes.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
• Implement RPA bots (e.g., UiPath) to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Conduct Excel macro training workshops quarterly to upskill staff in automation.

Who We’re Looking For

• Singapore Citizen
• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, or data-related fields
• Proficient in Excel Macros, Power BI, Microsoft Stack Applications
• RPA certification (e.g., RPA Developer Foundation) preferred
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Able to teach and explain Excel macro logic from basic to intermediate level
