The successful candidate will:

Drive data-driven decision-making and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset, potentially contributing to new business creation. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical data skills, strong business analysis capabilities, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into analytical tasks, transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating visualizations, managing documentation, contributing to project timelines, measuring the impact of initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders including Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Project Contribution & Requirements Gathering:

• Participate in project lifecycles, helping define scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, elicit needs, map existing processes, and define future requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, data dictionaries, and analysis reports.
• Present data insights, findings, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new data-driven business models, products, or services.

1. Collaboration & Data Pipeline Integration:

• Work with Data Engineers to define data sourcing, implement quality checks, validate data, and ensure pipeline reliability.
• Partner with Data Scientists on analytical projects, providing business context, aiding in feature engineering, and supporting model deployment.

1. Innovation & Solution Design:

• Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance data processes and analytical approaches.
• Propose solutions leveraging cloud platforms like AWS (S3, RDS) or Snowflake for improved analytics.

1. Data Insight Generation & Visualization:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities supporting digital transformation.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
