in Singapore seeks a data analytics professional to consolidate proposal status, inventory readiness, project updates and operational data using Excel Power Query and Power BI Desktop for management review of its Counter-UAS / anti-drone business. You will gather reporting requirements from Business, Inventory, Project, Logistics, Finance, Engineering support and Management, structure fields in Excel, organise data tables in PostgreSQL, and prepare views in Power BI Desktop

Responsibilities

• Consolidate TRD’s proposal status, inventory readiness, project updates and operational follow-up data in Excel Power Query, then prepare planning and budget-support views in Power BI Desktop for management review of Counter-UAS activities.
• Improve manual reporting by cleaning recurring data in Excel Power Query, preparing dashboard views in Power BI Desktop, and supporting repetitive tasks via Python in Google Colab.
• Gather reporting requirements from diverse teams and structure fields in Excel, organise data tables in PostgreSQL, and prepare views in Power BI Desktop.
• Track lead movement, proposal progress, partner engagement, inventory visibility and operations indicators through Power BI Desktop with refreshed data in Excel Power Query.
• Analyse lead sources, enquiry types, client segments, partner responsiveness and bottlenecks by preparing datasets in Excel Power Query, performing analysis in Python, and presenting insights in Power BI Desktop.
• Collect and consolidate sales reports, partner updates, trade show records, proposal files, inventory references, project updates and operational reports; transform data via Excel Power Query and organise reporting tables in PostgreSQL.
• Handle business data responsibly by maintaining source records in Excel Power Query, reporting tables in PostgreSQL, and internal Counter-UAS reporting views in Power BI Desktop.
• Create clear dashboard views for sales pipeline movement, trade show lead conversion, partner engagement, proposal progress, inventory visibility, project updates and operational indicators for Counter-UAS solutions.
• Create, maintain and update structured reporting tables in PostgreSQL for recurring business data; retrieve, filter, join, summarise, validate and compare datasets.
• Review reporting pain points from internal users, improve report templates in Excel Power Query, and refine dashboards so various teams can understand and update Counter-UAS information more easily.
• Organise lead source data, client segments, trade show records, partner updates and proposal movement in Excel Power Query, then prepare opportunity visibility reports in Power BI Desktop to support business follow-up.
• Maintain reporting schedules, dashboard update routines, report templates, data dictionaries and quality checks; use PostgreSQL for tables, Excel Power Query for preparation, and Power BI Desktop for scheduled outputs.
• Coordinate with Business, Inventory, Project, Logistics, Finance, Engineering support and Management to clarify reporting requirements, verify sources, prepare cleaned inputs in Excel and share management-ready views via Power BI Desktop.

• Improve TRD’s manual reporting process for its Counter-UAS / anti-drone business by cleaning recurring data in Microsoft Excel Power Query, preparing dashboard views in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, and supporting simple repetitive reporting tasks through Python via Google Colab.
• Gather TRD’s reporting requirements from Business, Inventory, Project, Logistics, Finance, Engineering support and Management teams, then structure required fields in Microsoft Excel Power Query, organise recurring Counter-UAS business data tables in PostgreSQL, and prepare reporting views in Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
• Track TRD’s lead movement, proposal progress, partner engagement, inventory visibility, project handover updates and operational status indicators through Microsoft Power BI Desktop, with supporting Counter-UAS business data cleaned and refreshed through Microsoft Excel Power Query.
• Analyse TRD’s lead sources, enquiry types, client segments, partner responsiveness, proposal turnaround, inventory readiness and recurring bottlenecks by preparing cleaned datasets in Microsoft Excel Power Query, performing analysis support in Python via Google Colab, and presenting Counter-UAS business insights in Microsoft Power BI Desktop.

• Create clear dashboard views in Microsoft Power BI Desktop for TRD’s salespipeline movement, trade show lead conversion, partner engagement, proposal progress, inventory visibility, project updates and operational status indicators for its Counter-UAS / anti-drone solutions.
• Create, maintain and update structured reporting tables in PostgreSQL for TRD’s recurring business, sales, partner, inventory, project and operational data. Retrieve, filter, join, summarise, validate and compare datasets used for Counter-UAS business reporting and analysis.
