Job Responsibilities• Assist the Casino Finance team (i.e.: Cage, Count & Casino Accounting to manage data in the most efficient and effective way to benefit the organization and business needs which include but not limited to:• Understand business data requirements and ensuring that solutions meet operational and business needs.• Design complex dashboards, reports, and visualization accordingly to business requirements.• Analyze data from various system, statistics, service and/or products to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement such as manpower efficiency and risk evaluation etc• Prepare analysis reports for Casino Finance’s Management team to understand and to enable decision making based on trends and/or patterns.• Assist in developing solutions and tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency• Perform other duties or audit tasks as assignedJob RequirementsEducation & Certification• Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields preferred. Marketing graduates with flair for numbers and interest in customer and marketing analytics are welcomed to apply.Experience• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics preferred.Other Prerequisites• Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau and SQL are preferred.• Experience in building complex queries and data visualizations.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Be meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way• Ability to work independently and as part of a team - works well in a collaborative environment.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Passionate about data, customers, and building your career with Marina Bay Sands.
