As part of our commitment to data-driven decision-making, we are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Validation:
  • Gather, clean, and validate datasets from internal databases and external APIs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness for analytical purposes.
  • Insight Generation:
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth or cost-saving initiatives.
  • Tool & Dashboard Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into business performance metrics—especially in areas such as customer acquisition, operational efficiency, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Business Impact Analysis:
  • Deliver actionable insights that highlight areas for operational streamlining, revenue enhancement, and cost efficiency across multiple business units including sales, product, operations, and marketing.
  • User Segmentation & Targeting
  • Develop granular targeting logic for marketing and sales campaigns by segmenting users based on intent signals and behavioral data.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs, translating business questions into data-driven solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Reporting & Visualization:
  • Communicate insights clearly through data visualization and written reports, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences to support informed business decisions.
  • Performance Accountability:
  • Meet assigned KPIs and targets aligned with business goals and performance indicators.
  • Ad Hoc Projects:
  • Support other data-related initiatives and assignments as directed by the Manager or Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or real estate-related industry; basic knowledge in Machine Learning/Data Science is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git); knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical tools or languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
