You’ll support the Data Manager in creating dashboards, analysing campaign performance, and generating insights that inform product development, demonstrate value to clients, and drive strategic outcomes across the ecosystem.

This is a cross-functional role with a blend of analytics, research support, and data quality ownership. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure our data remains trustworthy, timely, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Analyse internal labour market data and external client datasets to deliver clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with statistical summaries, campaign analysis, and data visualisation.
  • Translate data into strategic insights that inform product, partner, and business decisions.

Data Quality & Infrastructure

  • Diagnose and resolve data quality issues independently, working across structured and unstructured sources
  • Propose and implement long-term solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Maintain and evolve data validation frameworks, including client-specific data checks

Research & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with data scientists to support NLP model improvements, taxonomy curation, and feature engineering
  • Contribute to experimentation and evaluation of new data pipelines, insight models, or partner deliverables
  • Address client queries on data outputs, validations, and JobTech’s analytics capabilities

Customer (40%)

Insights, Reporting & Customer Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to generate insight decks, campaign data summaries, and customer-facing reports.
  • Translate unstructured textual data into structured insights (e.g., job descriptions, CVs, skills frameworks) and manage JobTech’s public analytics dashboards.
  • Run A/B tests on platform usage or behavioural data to inform product or UX decisions.
  • Address internal and client queries related to JobTech’s data, analytics, and model outputs.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analytics, operations, or insight generation.
  • Experience working with client data, business reporting, or campaign metrics preferred.
  • Comfortable working across internal teams and external client-facing projects.

Skills

  • Proficient in Python for data analysis and scripting.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying structured databases.
  • Familiarity with interactive dashboard frameworks (e.g. Plotly, Dash, Streamlit) is a plus.
  • Experience working with text mining or NLP techniques is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Effective communicator who can translate technical results into business insights.
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to team-wide data and insight culture.

Information Security & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Policy Adherence: Follow JobTech’s information security policies, procedures, and best practices consistently.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
  • Incident Response: Support the detection, reporting, analysis, and response to security incidents or breaches.
  • Security Awareness: Participate in regular information security training and uphold best practices across all activities.
  • Data Protection: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of JobTech data and information assets.
  • Regulatory and Legal Compliance: Adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to information security.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent security measures.
