Job Description
- Analyze business performance and trends to identify potential opportunities for sales growth.
- Conduct deep dive analysis to understand key drivers for sales and develop actionable recommendations for the business.
- Identify customer segments and understand their buying behavior, demographics, and life stages to develop strategies for engaging different customer groups.
- Measure the effectiveness of pricing and promotion activities in stores.
- Develop recommendations to optimize various promotion mechanics.
- Uncover insights, both descriptive and predictive, for the end-to-end customer management journey, including acquisition, utilization, retention, and reactivation.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate self-service analytics across the organization.
- Drive improvements in workflows using the latest available technologies.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science with 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, customer analytics, or data science.
- Experience in commercial or operational decision-making is preferred.
- Strong technical skills in data analytics tools such as SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, Tableau, Airflow, and other modern data platforms.
- Experience handling big data.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Strong structural thinking and curiosity for problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
