Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to join its APAC Data Management Team in Singapore. The role focuses on financial data management, intraday analyses, and collaborating with Korea Stock Exchange and data vendors to maintain accurate reference and market data.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines.
• Broad knowledge of a range of financial asset classes and the value chain of financial information.
• Excellent customer focus and high level of accuracy, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Intraday analysis of corporate action data for Korean markets.
• Maintain lifecycle of instruments such as equities, bonds, funds, indices, warrants, derivatives and structured products for Korean markets.
• Respond to data queries from internal and external clients; liaising with Korea Stock Exchange, global support teams and data vendors.
• Establish new data processes and quality checks to ensure continuous data quality.

Data Analyst

Do you want to work in a highly dynamic environment? Are you passionate about financial data and data research? Then our APAC Data Management Team wants to hear from you! We are an agile and driven team responsible for the creation and support of investment products across various asset classes and APAC markets. Our goal is to ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of reference data, market data, and corporate action data.

What You Will Do

• Intraday analysis of corporate action data relating to market events such as rights and bonus issues, dividend declarations, share consolidations, share splits, initial public offerings, share buybacks, mergers and acquisitions for the Korean financial markets
• Support and maintain the lifecycle of instruments such as equities, bonds, funds, indices, warrants, derivatives and structured products for the Korean financial markets
• Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients; liaising with Korea Stock Exchange, global customer support teams and third-party data vendors
• Establish new data processes and quality checks to ensure continuous data quality

What You Bring

• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines
• Broad knowledge of a range of financial asset classes as well as an understanding of the value chain of financial information
• Excellent customer focus and high level of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-driven mindset
• Proactive and strong initiative in managing day-to-day activities
• Business-level English and Korean language skills are a strong advantage
