Job description

Key Responsibilities

1.Support business, product, and operational teams by addressing data needs and delivering high-quality solutions

2.Develop monitoring systems and analytical frameworks, including KPI dashboards and standardized reports

3.Establish data governance standards and create analytical data models to quickly identify business/data anomalies

4.Lead user tagging services based on behavioral statistics and business system data to support operations and decision-making

5.Manage data quality initiatives by collecting feedback, implementing solutions, and optimizing processes and tools

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field

2.Minimum 1 year experience in data product development, analysis, or engineering

3.Strong experience in business analysis, performance management, advertising analytics, or user tagging preferred

4.Excellent data abstraction and product design capabilities with goal-oriented mindset

5.Experience building complete indicator or reporting systems from scratch preferred

6.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (required) and at least one additional analytical tool

7.Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages
