Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities, build dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Automate data processes and build scalable analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and finance teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with statistical tools/languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
