Job summary

ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute invites applications for an Intern in Data/AI Management & Governance to support documenting AI data lifecycles, governance tasks, and data tools within the Institute's environment. You will assist in creating training materials, helpdesk support, and contribute to IT projects, while learning about data analytics, Power BI, and IT security in a research setting in Singapore.

You will work with staff across departments, gaining hands-on experience and developing

Qualifications

• Proactive with initiative to complete tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic data organisation knowledge.
• Familiar with Power BI or willing to learn for data visualisation tasks.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and refining processes related to AI or Data Lifecycle stages.
• Support execution of tasks on AI use cases and governance.
• Guide users on data/AI tool usage within the ISEAS environment.
• Assist in creating AI-related training collaterals.
• Undertake other ad hoc data-related tasks as required.
